Terry has dedicated his career to advancing safety and equity in tribal transportation, combining technical expertise with a deep respect for tribal sovereignty and cultural heritage. With extensive experience in transportation planning, safety strategies, and grant management, Terry has worked closely with tribal governments to create solutions that prioritize community well-being and long-term sustainability.
His focus on pedestrian safety and risk-based approaches underscores his commitment to protecting lives while empowering tribes to achieve their infrastructure goals. In addition to his hands-on work with tribal governments, Terry has actively represented tribes at various state and national forums, including the Tribal Transportation Program Coordinating Committee (TTPCC), the Intertribal Transportation Association (ITA), the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI), and the Oklahoma Tribal Transportation Council (OTTC). Through his advocacy, he ensures that tribal voices are heard and their transportation needs addressed with care and precision.
